I have been getting my beef from Trinity farms going on 7 years. I tend to give away some of my ground beef, not because I don’t like it, but because I love for my family and friends to have a chance to try food the way it was meant to be. I have sensitivity to corn and can’t eat beef that has eaten corn without breaking out. Since switching to Trinity Farms beef, I have been able to enjoy red meat again. I highly recommend David’s operation unless it means there are no cows left for me.

Once you eat Fresh meat you will never want to go back to the store and buy it. I grew up on fresh beef and Trinity Farms is wonderful!

We received our 1/4 beef last week. We’ve eaten a few of the steaks, made smash burgers yesterday and 7 bone roast for Sunday lunch. This is absolutely the best beef my family has ever eaten. No knives necessary to cut. Also, based on supermarket prices, it’s a great bargain.

Very Happy! We got 1/4 side of beef and, so far, everything we have cooked has been great! Impressed with the delivery. He said he was going to be here at 4:30 and he showed up at exactly 4:30. I will be ordering again.

I purchase my half side of beef and received it on March 7, 2022. The price that was quoted and approximately to me did not go up when I received it. My family and I have eaten some of it already. Hamburgers and a shoulder roast was very good. My family noticed the different in the taste of the beef from the beef at the stores. When we run out, we will diffidently be coming back to Trinity Farms.

Excellent, excellent beef, this is the way beef should taste and smell like when being prepared. Dave is an excellent communicator and cares about his animals. I already have four other people looking at getting a side of beef from Dave, I know I certainly will along with a hog. Couldn’t have chosen a better rancher.
